I wish I was better about writing down all the things that mean so much to me on a daily basis, heck even monthly. Everything from the big things in life to the smallest, everyday moments. I cherish them all so much. And this time of year is a great reminder to sit back and reflect on it all.
A is for Anarchy – Okay, maybe not legit anarchy, more the kind our little doggies Sammie & Olive bring to our life. Like rolling in their cute holiday sweaters in a pile of mud and leaves and then spreading it though the house. Which should make us mad, but never ever does. They are just so full of life and love and I am thankful for every moment with them.
B is for Brunch – Brunch is my love language. If you ask me to brunch we will be best friends for liiiiiiffee.
C is for Clients – It’s because of my dear clients that I get to do what I do. I am so incredibly grateful for each and everyone of you.
D is for Donuts – DUH! Especially if they are either from the Donut Nook in Chico – or- Blue Star in Portland.
E is for Emoji’s – If you’ve gotten a text from me I can guarantee there were at least 7 emoji’s. It’s the number 1 way I annoy my friends 🙂
F is for Fashion – I love me some fashion…Especially the Free People variety. Not to mention all the fashion photography I get to do. When those 2 worlds collide I am one happy camper.
G is for Grandparents – I don’t know where I’d be with out the unconditional love and support my grandparents have given me.
H is for Husband – Milan is my everything. I love him to the stars and back and then around again. I’m grateful for every second I get to spend with that man.
I is for iPhone – I think I’m hopelessly addicted. I’m waiting in line why I don’t I just check ALL THE SOCIAL MEDIAS…help!
J is for Jokes – What can I say I love to laugh and crack horrible, cheezy, puns and jokes. Let this be my official apology if you’ve had to listen to one of them.
K is for Karaoke – I feel like I should apologize for this as well…Good news is I typically belt out my favorite songs in my office or in my car.
L is for Laminate – We just got rid of the 30 year old, icky, carpet that I cleaned all the time only to have the stains reappear faster than Taylor Swift puts out a new song about a boy. Hooray to clean, modern floors!
M is for Maui – I could go on and on about my love for Maui. The aloha spirit, the people, the food, the beaches, the sunsets…Maui got in our blood and now we ache to go back every time we return home.
N is for Netflix – Oh, Netflix, you devil you. Binge watching tv shows might as well be my middle name at this point. Parks & Rec marathon anyone?
O is for Ocean – I love the ocean. There is a magical quality to it and I can hear it calling me to return again and again.
P is for Photography – This is definitely a no brainer, but I just need to stop and give thanks to it because it has brought me so much joy in life. From self-expression, to bringing amazing people in my life, traveling and so much more.
Q is for Quality – I’m all about quality time. I love deep conversations and listening intently to others as they share their stories.
R is for Rest – I never understood why as a child we hated this, but as an adult, zomg…naps are the best thing next to In n’ Out fries 🙂
S is for Star Trek – Specifically The Next Generation. Whenever it reruns on tv, I’m all about it. Or anything Sci Fi related honestly. Anyone see Interstellar??!! Because we HAVE to talk.
T is for Tacos – Mmm…Shrimp tacos make me sooo happy. We’ve got some good ones in Chico, but so far nothing beats San Diego’s any kind of taco.
U is for Underbite – Sammie’s crooked toothed underbite is the cutest thing ever. We call it her ‘hillbilly’ smile.
W is for Wanderlust – So many awesome places to visit so little time! Aaaahhh! But really I am actually grateful for this little travel bug, it’s expanded my horizons.
Y is for Y – aren’t there more letters, I have so much more to list!
Z is for Zip Lines – Initially I thought I would be afraid, but that thought got annihilated the second I went on the first line. Flying through the jungle is an amazing feeling and now I’m forever hooked on it.
